Bridging the Gap Between Service and Stability
Transitioning out of uniform introduces unexpected friction points like delayed access to earned VA healthcare and acute financial emergencies during civilian reintegration. Traditional support systems move slowly.
OmniCare exists to close those gaps. As an agile, veteran-founded non-profit, we deliver targeted intervention across two core initiatives:
Veteran Relief: Rapid-response financial stabilization, essential basic needs, and emergency assistance for veterans and families navigating unexpected hardship.
Veteran Medical Access: Proactive navigation and advocacy to help veterans access specialized healthcare, bridge wait times, and connect with trusted providers.
“Our obligation to those who served does not end with a DD-214. OmniCare is built to deliver immediate, accountable support when traditional pipelines move too slowly.” -Dan
Dan Tarpein | Founder & Executive Director
OmniCare was founded on a simple conviction: the nation's commitment to its service members must not end at the base gate.
Bringing 16 years of dedicated service in the United States Air Force, Dan understands firsthand both the strength of the military community and the distinct hurdles service members face when navigating civilian systems. Having mentored and supported fellow airmen throughout his career, he recognized that bureaucratic delays frequently turn temporary setbacks into chronic crises.
He established OmniCare to cut through red tape, creating a transparent, responsive support network that delivers timely aid when it matters most.
